Many agree life is a platform to realize the purpose of their
Life. For other life is a ladder for divine and for some it’s just a futile and
illusory tale told by an idiot. But essentially for all, life started with a
promise and then it takes them through the fog of non-stop actions (unconsciously).
So ultimately life continuously dumps everyone’s journey, all the results of the
adventurous actions in the form of experiential memories or hallucinatory
imaginations in one’s mind or others’ mind.
In today’s times many will agree
that life gives joy. Immense Joy. Agreed, but not fully. But for the sake of
taking the conversation forward, let’s take it 100% true. But joy from life is highly
dependent on many aspects like status quo earned, anyhow, political stability,
economy situations, portfolio of planned and unplanned family expenses, conscious
or unconscious spending habits, karmic debts and miscellaneous. But this joy
also ends up in the form of experiential memories
Many are running in life with the
hope to be joyful in near future. So they start considering possession in life as
their progress barometer, success metrics or motivational fuel. But this will
keep them in constant anxiety and the actions will emerge from them as if they
are hallucinatory. It’s like while driving a car they and gathering luggage from
the roadside now or then and placing on the top of the car. The luggage is almost
crushing the car and oneself but them too, but throttle is not reduced. This
will surely lead them to reach to destination accidentally where they have not
planned. Or more clear even if accidentally they reach their choice of
destination the joy of closed eyes will still be still forcing them to not to
see and continue driving. The joy of opening eyes in the given reality is masked
by the habit of imagining joy with closed eyes.
These above thoughts seems to be
the essence of life of many earth travellers.
This essence can be also applied in an organizational culture. Culture is like a closed boundary within which employer and employees manages their relationships.
Both till now or will ever keep revolving around the hallucinatory memories
created by imaginations and memories ---closed eyes. Transition from Indian Paisa (1/64 of
rupaya) to naya paisa (1/100 of the rupaya) is the transition from non-decimal
currency system to decimal currency system. I think the time has come where all
employers must think that the existing ways of building and sustaining organization
culture have become futile exercise and non-sustainable.
Paisa got a new label of “naya paisa” roughly between 1957-1964.
But the “joy strings” attached on paisa are still the same namely-memory
and imagination. For so long these two
joy strings had been successful in enslaving the human mind with past or future
memories and imagination.
This brings us to share the two big
contemporary truths of the time: One that it’s such a joy to be
called as rich. It’s an overwhelming joy
to be the citizens of a developed country. And second. that it’s a
trauma to be born poor and it’s a mad race of blind citizens with each other in
a developing country. These two truths drive life for majority of the so called
who are included in humanity. Excluded ones are not humans or will be included
on case by case basis as top administrators says technically.
Hence the great attraction for reverse
osmosis effect ---immigration from
developing to developed country. Magnetic power of the money can pull from
across the border to earn money. And the great attraction for osmosis
effect—religious tourism industry from developed to developing countries. The power
of inner Peace and eternal Bliss are forcing the intelligent-richest
intelligent ones to rethink on the drawbacks, pros and cons. This is the limitation in the “chase-race” lifecycle of humans.
Chase is the oldest and
latest check-n-mate problem of humans.
Blessed are you if you are out of the

Blessed if you are out of the reverse osmosis or forward osmosis effect.

Just a Being.
Being self is not being other,
Being is not race with self or other,
Being is neither the race towards self or away from self,
Being is not even making effort to be peaceful,
Being is not even dropping efforts.
Making effort bring anxiety,
Dropping effort is a sure way to be miserable.
Being is old like an old banyan tree
and fresh like an early morning dewdrop.
Being has no purpose and is not purposeless too
Purpose is limited by time
Purposelessness is the lifestyle of fools
Being is intelligent and careless at the same time
Intelligent actions of being is the basic wisdom of life hidden in every
creation, every moment.
Carelessness of being is the faith in beings eternal nature and that it
will complete it later.
Being is both negative, positive and neutral too.
Being is an open lie and hidden truth and the biggest joke at the same
time.
Being is both rich and poor and yet it is neither rich nor poor too
If you see life from any stand, any duality stand that is moving and not
static
Negativity & positivity, lie and truth, rich and poor are natural
But if you come to standstill
If you rests in your being life is neutral, fair, funny too
