The sequence of its formation assuming whatsoever we attach to is a kind of BRAND which has successfully made you its loyal and royal captive forever

First : Awareness (Ability to recall or recognize the object of awareness that is floating around )

Second: You are able to judge its functional and emotional Image & benefits for you.

Third: You are able to do its functional and emotional evaluation (to give approval, and call it credible )

Fourth: Attachment (Loyalty) happens with you on its own

To detach: Reverse the process and see on correctness of

1. One need not get impressed by all what comes in your consciousness

2. The judgment process of thought and emotions are always flickery as they both are perfectly fickle unless self-disciplined. Previous thoughts or emotions may get impressed by something this moment but may not in the next moment with the same thing.
